PALES believe that women are catalyst of family and community changes, despite of being isolated for many years.
We work with rural women by igniting their capabilities and talents and ensure that are put into actions to bring outcomes.
We train women under program, about entrepreneurship skills including value chain analysis and value addition in agricultural produces by supporting them with small start-up capital to venture in entrepreneurship activities and other income generating activities (IGA) of their preferences, while ensuring close follow up and coaching from the staff personnel.
We also facilitate women to realize their potential in economic, social and political development by emphasizing them to be in frontline in using the opportunities whenever happens and not standing behind.
We encourage them to participate in family development matters including planning, decision making and owning assets.
